The Ngarya Platform is operated by an independent creator / small business ("Ngarya", "we"). Our services include Ngarya Account, Kasivo, Cetivo, Farmivo, Aktivo, Lunivo, Rutivo, Catetno, and other Ngarya products that may be added in the future.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. You must meet applicable legal age requirements to create an account.

Certain services may currently be offered at no cost. Ngarya reserves the right to modify, limit, discontinue, or introduce pricing for any service in the future, including free tiers, features, usage limits, or specific products.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, email, or official pages where reasonable.

Ngarya Services are provided on a best-effort basis ("as available"). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific response times.

Maintenance, updates, infrastructure outages, or events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

You retain ownership of business data and content you submit to the services. You grant Ngarya permission to process, store, and display that data solely to provide and secure the services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit such data and for complying with applicable laws.

Ngarya provides operational software. We are not a tax advisor, accountant, pharmacist, medical professional, or legal counsel.

Kasivo: You remain responsible for financial records, tax reporting, and trade compliance under applicable regulations.

Farmivo: You remain responsible for complying with pharmacy, medicine, and healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction.

Cetivo: You remain responsible for order content, copyright, and compliance with customer requirements.

Lunivo: The app is informational only and does not replace professional healthcare. Medical decisions remain your responsibility.

Use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or account termination.

You may request account deletion through account settings or by contacting us.

Ngarya may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security risk, or breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Ngarya Services are provided "as is" without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or business outcomes.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss caused by your negligence, or decisions you make based on service output.

Our liability, if any, is limited to amounts you paid to Ngarya for the relevant service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if the service was used at no charge.

We may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date is shown on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, through competent courts in Indonesia.
