We want Ngarya to remain safe and reliable for everyone. This policy describes uses that are not permitted.

Fraud, phishing, or identity misrepresentation.

Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing practices.

Unauthorized access, security probing, or attempts to bypass system controls.

Distribution of malware, ransomware, or harmful code.

Illegal content, hate speech, exploitation, or infringement of third-party rights.

Excessive automated use that burdens infrastructure (such as aggressive scraping or unauthorized bots).

Reverse engineering or exploiting the services beyond permitted normal use.

Ngarya may investigate suspicious activity, limit access, suspend accounts, or terminate services when needed to protect the platform and other users.

We may cooperate with authorities when required by law.
